A smoothie that combines the purifying qualities, detoxifying and anti-carcinogenic in several flavors. Very nice to start the day. The parsley is not consumed in large quantities, used as a seasoning, it can not provide all the health benefits. Filled with more vitamins it is also an excellent antioxidant and anti-carcinogenic. Kiwi joined the parsley to fight cancer cells, destitute risks associated with cardiovascular disease, excellent cicatrisons, and a natural laxative.

ingredients
  • 1 large cucumber, cut into cubes.
  • 1 cup (250 mL) fresh parsley.
  • 4 fresh kiwi cubes.
  • 500ml fresh orange juice.
  • Honey, maple syrup or agave.
Preparations
  • Place all ingredients in blender (blender). To obtain a homogeneous and very smooth smoothie.
  • Add a little more orange juice if needed and then sweeten to your taste with either honey, maple syrup or agave.

Pineapple is one of my favorite fruits to include in a smoothie and this one uses pineapple along with some mango – both of which are just frozen.  This makes it easy to make at any time.The tropical flavors of this smoothie also help me get out of the winter blues.  Turn on some tropical music and close your eyes while you sip this – imagine you are laying on a warm beach catching some rays.  It is amazing how food can help take you to a place when you need it.  Mix up this smoothie and escape to your own tropical paradise.

Ingredients
  • 1 cup mango pulp
  • 1 cup pineapple chunks
  • ½ glass pineapple juice
  • 1 cup yogurt
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 ripe banana, peeled and sliced
Preparation method
  • Combine all the ingredients in a blender.
  • Blend until smooth.

Pineapple Dish (Aceh:Pacri)

Typically,the dish consisting of chopped pineapple flavored with some certain ingredients. In Malay, It becomes a side dish that usually served with Biryani and Fried Rice.
In Aceh, the dish is called Pacri.
Pacri is one of favorite dish that must exists in every celebration. It usually goes well with curry. The sweet and sour of pacri will definitely add the flavor of food. Besides, it neutralize the fatty food. How to serve the Pacri?

Ingredients
  • 2 Pineapple 
  • 6 Onions 
  • 3 cloves Garlic 
  • 6 Red Chilies, remove the seeds 
  • Sugar to taste 
  • Salt to taste 
  • 1 Lemongrass 
  • 3 pieces of clove 
  • 5 cm Cinnamon 
  • 2 cm Fresh Ginger 
  • Vinegar to taste 
  • 1 1/2 cup Water 
  • 3 tablespoons Vegetable Oil 
Directions:
  • Peel the Pineapple, cut into small pieces. 
  • Heat the vegetable oil, saute the onions, garlic, fresh ginger,lemongrass until aromatic. Add sugar and water, allow it to boil well. 
  • Add pineapple 
  • Add clove,cinnamon,vinegar and salt. wait until pineapple absorb the sugar. 
  • Before it really cooked add red chilies. Wait for 3 minutes. Remove from heat. 
  • The Pacri is ready to be served
