Salsa Bechamel



 

To prepare the sauce will need:

1 Lt. Milk
100 gr. Of flour
100 gr. of butter
50 gr. of onion
Nutmeg
salt

Preparation:

Sauté onion in butter, add flour already golden and stir constantly to prevent sticking. Then we add the milk, stirring constantly. We leave a not very high temperature, which does not reach boiling. We add nutmeg and a dash of salt. We hope that thickens and down the fire.

Tips ..
Recall that this sauce is totally neutral should not be salted or sweet so be careful when we add the point of seasoning.
